The beginning of our Lake Superior Circle Trip. Points of interest include: Mackinac Bridge and Tahquamenon Falls in Michigan - Wawa, Neys Provincial Park (a WWII POW camp on Lake Superior), Sleeping Giant Provincial Park (near Thunder Bay), Kakabeka Falls (also near Thunder Bay), and the Thunder Bay Summer Skating School all in Ontario - Gooseberry Falls and Duluth in Minnesota - Superior and the Apostle Islands in Wisconsin (no pictures) - Lake Gogebic, the Keweenaw Pennisula, Copper Harbor, Fort Wilkins, Lake Michigamme, and the Cut River Bridge in Michigan. |

We stopped at a nice rest area on I75 just south of the Mackinac Bridge on our way to Tahquamenon Falls State Park.
