Trip to Penn State and Gettysburg - October 4-7, 2001

Pictures from our trip to the Penn State game on October 6, 2001, with a stop at Gettysburg on Friday, the 5th.
  There were lots of canons!

Climbing around on Round Top

Penny and Chessie also took in the trip

No trip is complete without Connie making a trip to the local rink.  Thanks to Kim Evancho and Becky Messing for allowing  Connie to skate before the football game.

Any trip to Penn State means a visit to the Creamery and the statue of the Nittany Lion on Sunday morning wearing a Michigan jacket!

Final score on Saturday:  Michigan 20, Penn State 0.  This is the first time a team coached by Joe Paterno has been shut out in Happy Valley!
